Sally-Anne is our Funeral Director.
With 20+ years experience in the funeral industry caring for so many families, you could not be in better hands than with our Sally.
Sally-Anne is the centre of our business and is one of the most caring people you are ever likely to meet. Her compassion and empathy will allow you to feel very much at ease and make the whole process as comfortable as can be for all involved.
Sally will help guide and support you from the very beginning of your loss.
Continuity is extremely important at a time like this. So wherever possible, regardless of day or night, Sally will be there to answer your call and will be there with you every step of the way, to guide and support you through every motion during this difficult time.
Ben is one of our Funeral Service Assistants.
Ben will be there throughout the service to help guide your loved one to their final resting place.
Ben's professionalism shines through in all he does. His attention to detail is second to none and is an amazing asset to our team.
As a very creative soul, Ben uses his talents during our funerals capturing moments for you to remember with his photography skills, before then helping to guide your loved one to their final place of rest.
Norm is one of our Funeral Service Assistants.
Norm will be there throughout the service to help guide your loved one to their final resting place.
He is our father figure, both literally and figuratively. Norm always brings a smile with him wherever he goes, not to mention the bags of boiled sweets he always has on hand to share with everyone around him.
Having spent many years in the fire service within the Ashby-De-La-Zouch area, and now as an integral part of our funeral team, Norm has shown an unfaltering gift to care for those around him, always putting others needs ahead of his own.
Lyn is our Funeral Administrator & Bereavement Counsellor
Lyn is our voice of the business and you can always find her busily working in the office, behind the scenes, making sure everything runs smoothly.
Lyn is a kind, compassionate and gentle soul and as such, is also our Bereavement Counsellor so is always available for anyone who feels they need to reach out and talk to someone, in private, about how they're coping with life after a loss. Without any kind of judgement, and with full confidentiality, Lyn is always available for anyone in need. So if you do ever feel you need to speak with someone, please do contact us and ask for Lyn.

Jenny is our other Funeral DIrector, and also manager of Motorcycle Funerals Limited.
Jenny is sister to both Sally-Anne and Lyn. She has over 20 years experience in the funeral industry becoming a funeral director in her own right, and now, managing Motorcycle Funerals Limited, based in Measham also.
Jenny and Sally-Anne have previously worked together for many years, but equally, have worked separately for different companies, where Jenny has had the pleasure to care for very many families and has a great reputation in the local area as hard working, well respected, funeral director.
Our mother and matriarch.
Mary, our kind, beautiful, quick witted and incredibly funny Mother, and Matriarch, is sadly no longer with us, however Mary will forever be the driving force behind Measham Family Funeral Service, and will still always keep every one of us firmly in line, absolutely professional, and driven to provide complete perfection to all those who come into our care.
Mary's memory will live on through us naming our Chapel of Rest, The Mary Catherine Suite, and in doing so, we can always make sure Mary is there to watch over and protect your loved one before they depart to their final place of rest.
Not a day goes by, Mary is not in our thoughts, just as you would be in hers.
Saying goodbye to a loved one is never easy. There is no way to completely summarise an entire lifetime in a single funeral service and no amount of time will ever truly ease your loss. However, there are steps you can take to ensure control and begin managing your loss during this difficult time. Planning the perfect funeral is the first, most important step of all.
By planning a funeral service that not only captures everything unique and wonderful about your loved one's life, but also provides a safe and comfortable place for mourners to gather, you can begin the process of healing together.
Remember, we are here to help you during this difficult time.
Please contact us if you would like to speak with a member of our team. We are always here to help.
